Healthy Coleslaw 1 head of organic cabbage,shredded 3 carrots, peeled and shredded 1 cups organic cilantro, shredded 1 cup almonds, toasted and chopped 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar 1-2 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoons honey or pure maple syrup- optional 1 tablespoon tamari (wheat-free soy sauce) Himalayan or sea salt to taste Mix all ingredients and chill.
