Coconut Power Bites Join my group for free weight loss support and motivation, recipes and tips. https://facebook/groups/TrimBacktoBetterHealth/ 2 scoops chocolate Bio Trust protein powder (sweetened with Stevia) 4 Tbsp organic Coconut flour 1/2 cup Almond flour/meal 1 Tbsp natural Peanut butter 4 pitted dates, soaked in warm water for 5 - 10 minutes 3 pkts Stevia unsweetened organic shredded coconut for rolling (approx 1/4 cup) 1/4 cup unsweetened Almond milk Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until mixed well and dates are well incorporated. I have used my Vitamix but mixture is very sticky and moist and difficult to get out of the mixer, best to use a food processor. Take large spoonfuls and roll into balls with your hands, roll to coat in coconut. Refrigerate for at least half an hour for balls to set. Keep on hand for a healthy sweet treat.
