Hear ye! Hear ye! Announcing our FIRST EVER Elizabethan Buffet in June to Celebrate and Dine Divine with the Inaugural Season of the Richmond Shakespeare Festival ! We are offering 3 dates! Friday, June 7th; Friday June 13th and Saturday June 14th! More details below! Yes, Jen Ferrell has created a special menu just for this occasion: Crisp Salad of Green Beans, Roasted Beets, Gherkin Croutes and Seed Mustard Dressing Marinated Cucumber Salad Wild Game Pie topped with flaky pastry, enveloping rich game meats and root vegetables Remembrance Herb and Brie Stuffed Turkey Breast Honey Glazed Chantenay Carrots Manchet Bread and Creamery Butter English Trifle featuring cardamom pound cake, boozy creme anglaise, dark chocolate and spring strawberries Rose Petal Ice Cream with Meringue Roulade, Raspberry Sauce Banana Bombe with Coconut Toffee Sauce and Honeycomb All of these amazing delicacies presented in the sumptuous surroundings of The Gennett! Dinner will be served before the Friday night performances and between the two performances on Saturday with plenty of time to travel to the Richmond Shakespeare Festival location. Tables are by reservation and this buffet is $24 per person, plus taxes and gratuity! Call ahead for your reservations. Wine and Beer will be available for purchase. This is not a BYOB dinner. Complimentary Iced Tea, Chocolate Sweet Tea, Coffees and Hot Teas will be served with the Buffet.
