Hearts That Matter UK A BIG hello to all our new followers and a BIG thank you to those who continue to support us. Who are we..... We are Kate aged 13 and Rachel aged 10. Rachel underwent a life saving heart transplant in 2012 after catching a virus that sent her heart into heart failure. I watched while my sister life slip away until an amazing family said YES to Organ donation. What are we about... We are two girls wanting to promote Organ Donation and show you the positive impact organ donation has on a whole family and to encourage others to join the organ donor register and share their wishes with their loved ones. We are also raising money for CHUF the charity attached to ward 23, PICU and clinic E at the Freeman Hospital. Where Rachel underwent her life saving heart transplant and receives contained care. We are doing this by making and selling our hand-made bracelets. Each bracelet is made to order and cost £3.00 including P&P with all money going direct to our just giving page. So what can you do.
