Heat acclimation is a doozy and never more important than mid summer. Multiple working scenarios will crush you if you dont hydrate and take care of the body. You loose more than 2% of your body weight in sweat/water loss and you are at risk. It is a life cycle; fuel and train right, work smart and recover/rehab fully. More than likely you are missing magnesium, potassium and other electrolytes. It is not rocket science but there is a bit of work that you need to do and take accountability for.
