Heat as Im going back and rewatching the movie Heat, for the first time in many years, Im reminded what and excellent movie this is!! Star power, unreal; both Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro at the pinnacle of their careers, a fairly young Val Kilmer, when he was still a big player, John Voight, Charlize Theron, a very young Natalie Portman and throw in Tom Sizemore and Danny Trejo for good measure. Action packed fun, backed by a decent story to follow as well. So many 90s action movies fell to the curse of being hollow action, entertaining enough for the most part but lacking of any real story. Heat didnt fit this particular category and we thank its writers for that. A fan of cop/robber type films, check this one out, whether it be new to you or a rewatch like it was for me!!
