Heat is taking its toll on the animals. Poor Tyson (old farm dog) and Baby-Girl (old quarter horse) are struggling. Tyson is now cooling down in the garage. Soaked him down and he is laying in front of a fan with a large bowl of ice water nearby. Baby-Girl has been sprayed down and is finding refuge in the cool barn. So thankful the stalls face the west so there is no morning sun heating the barn. Now time to shed the farm clothes, jump in the shower and head to work. Taking my niece Clarissa with me today. We are on a mission to find a mermaid costume for a big press conference at the hospital next week! Happy Wednesday Peeps!
