Heavy squats a few days ago! Right side is 165kg x2, left side is 140kg x10 (not all reps shown) It was an AMRAP so gave myself a goal of 10 reps and did it then stopped. Need to work on depth, dont think its a strength issue just genuinely thought I was going lower until I looked at the video.
