We even buy things with warranties because we have an expectation that they are going to break! I use things, not people, because that is another story altogether. So...... Be Content. Two simple words. So hard to achieve. We want more. We see others have more and then when we get it, too, we find we just want more, just like they do. Be content. That doesnt mean you should never buy anything. But acquiring things should not be our goal. Those things? They will all go away. One way or another. They will break, get destroyed, get stolen or we will die and leave them to someone who will sell it in a yard sale or give it to a charity or take it to the dump.......however, it is gone. What is lasting? Jesus Christ. He is the only thing/person you can rely on! And, he is the same, Always.
