(Hebrews 4: 11 Let us therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, that no man fall after the same example of disobedience. ; 6: 11 And we desire that each one of you may show the same diligence unto the fulness of hope even to the end 12 that ye be not sluggish, but imitators of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. 13 For when God made promise to Abraham, since he could swear by none greater, he sware by himself, 14 saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.) Lord, we praise You for the wonderful realities that You have made available through Your promises. we want to seek You diligently for their fulfillment in our life. Yet, dear Lord, if we must wait an extended time on various issues, as Abraham did for his promised son, help us to be patient, trusting in Your wise timing, Amen.
