Hebrews Chapter 10 26-31 (I tell you brothers and sisters it is so clear the writer of Hebrews is speaking to the church as led by the Holy Spirit. He speaks to those already sealed which means to the Lords church who are sanctified . He earlier tells them to draw near to God with the full assurance of our faith. He tells us to not forsake the assembling of the brethren together. He points out several times he is speaking to the Lords church and to those that Have the Spirit of Christ already. Those that say otherwise are teaching you falsely. Please read the scriptures. Not all who have the Spirit of Christ will finish though they are sanctified their garments are again stained and filthy. These have trodden on the blood of Jesus by which they were saved and do spite to the Spirit by which they are sealed. These had everything going for them, they were bought by the blood, sealed with the Spirit, and sanctified for eternity, all they had to do was finish the race but they did not and do not do so. I hear so many false representations of what this is teaching us. You can know the truth and the truth will set you free. This does not mean we have to start working our way to heaven. It is no longer us working but Christ works in us to promote good works. To go back to serving the devil by returning to the world if we do not repent we shall not enter into heaven. God loves us and will plead and plead with us but we must repent, meaning turn our hearts back to God, He will do the perfecting. He is working in us all mightily! 26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, (Note that sinning willfully means they go back to their vomit and never listen to the Spirit there fore they never repent and return to the Lord, meaning they go on sinning willfully despite the Lords pleading) 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. (Note: meaning all who do not repent from their sinful lifestyles because they loved their sin even more than God will perish along with the unbelievers) 28 He that despised Moses law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? (Note here these people who once served God and were sanctified counted it as nothing that Christ had to die for them to be saved, therefore they go back into the world but instead of repenting at the Spirits pleading they do spite unto Him and basically shun the Spirit of Christ away) 30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. (Note: all who practice abominable deadly forms of sin with no remorse will face the wrath of God in hell with the portion of unbelievers in the world that lived. )
