Hello All, Here is the ski trip detail information. I recommend to register ASAP like this weekend before no space. Hi everyone, You can now register for the Winter Vacation! REGISTER HERE: westsidechurchvancouver/2015WinterVacation On March 5th to 8th, fifty Westsiders will make their way from Vancouver to Kelowna where they will be staying right near the slopes in Happy Valley. This winter vacation is not just for the skier or snowboarder – all winter enthusiasts are encouraged to attend! Activities will include: • Skiing and Snowboarding • Hockey tournament (Shinny/Pond Hockey) • Sledding / Tubing • Snowshoeing • Skating • Hot tubbing • Board Games • Movies Registration is $250 and includes bus transportation to and from Big White, ski-in/ski-out accommodation in Happy Valley, breakfast, snacks and other refreshments. Please note that lunch and dinner are not included. However, there are many restaurants in the village that are just a short gondola ride away. Our accommodations also include 4 full sized kitchens. If you would like to bring your own food for lunch or dinner please feel free. Ski passes are also not included in the price of registration. However, discount cards can be purchased at Costco. We will be leaving Vancouver at 6:30pm on Thursday March 5 from The Centre. We will be leaving Big White at approximately 10:00am on Sunday March 8arriving back in Vancouver in the early evening.
