Hello Chantel, I’m e-mailing you in response to your questions around Contact Hamilton’s website. As our website contains such a large and diverse amount of information, there are actually a couple of people who help to ensure that all of our information is up-to-date. The managers for each of our programs have a large role in helping to compile information on different services that our clients might find useful. As they have the most knowledge and experience with each of their sectors, they are able to highlight any new information that should be contained on our website. In addition, their contacts at other organizations will regularly forward them information on new programs or workshops that they believe would be of some interest to our clients. Once a manager has compiled their resources, this information is passed on to myself, the Contact Hamilton’s Office Administrative Assistant.
