Hello Colleagues Hopefully the learned members would be able to assit me. When a trade union seeks organisational rights and has to prove sufficient representation at a workplace what is accepted as proof of membership.? Membership cards or proof of last payment? I ask as I was provided with a batch of signed membership forms and told that this is proof of membership, however some of them go back 4-6 months and by virtue of most union constitutions these members would not be in good standing.
