Hello Everyone, I hope you have all had a fantastic week and it hasnt been to stressful and you are having a great weekend even though the weather is terrible. I have put on a 2nd film from Matchams just showing after playing with the pressures it gave me a bit more grip to let me go a bit faster and keep my foot down on the straight and into turn one and two but the kart has now been set up for faster smoother circuits and with the MSA tyres and the set up, the kart still wasnt that happy with the bumps and change of surface to allow me to go flat out and we really didnt want to do any changes to the set up as the kart is set up to run on billiard smooth MSA tracks that I run on and will be running on this week being half term and didnt want to waste time working on set up when we go back to these circuits. The kart was still very nervous with the track conditions and still even with the pressures dropped still tried biting me a few times and towards the end of the film it shows me in a small four wheel drift coming out of the last turn which was great fun....lol. I didnt have any Dunlops to change to either as my plan was some more seat time with the Le Conts so I didnt take any with me but I am out this week being half term and I have plenty of seat time booked at smooth circuits so no jumpy films to watch...lol. I am out this week karting with some quad biking at the end of the week which will be fun and I am at the dogs home on Monday to donate the food from the BTCC challenge which my friend Steven Davies helped raise with the driver selfie challenge and meet the staff and have some pictures taken and hopefully meet some of the Dogs and Cats and from Tuesday i look forward to being back on my kart and not being shaken about till I have double vision....lol.
