Hello Everyone. I received a call today about an emaciated dog running loose at the Belton Church of God on Brown Ave in Belton SC. When I got there I found this boy who was very emaciated and scared. It took me about 30 mins to gain his trust (food did the job) and I was able to capture him. He is very nervous, emaciated and snippy but by the end of our trip to the shelter (I am animal control so I must take all my animals to the shelter) he was wagging his tail and licking my nose. I believe he belongs to someone and he escaped his home. He is a little dashund believed to be about 2-3 yrs of age. Extremely thin and nervous.
