Hello Everyone, My mother works at Bruce Guadalupe Middle School. The below video is part of a contest, if her schools video wins, they receive a funding for the project. Thanks. -Alex and Grace Franco Overview: In association with Dr. Judy Kim’s project Telemedicine to Improve Eye Health among Latinos (TIEHL), Dr. Kim and her team, in collaboration with the United Community Center, MCW Latino Student Interest Group and BGCS Middle school principal and children, submitted a video to the AAMC ProjectMED competition. The purpose of ProjectMed is to create a public forum for the sharing of innovative strategies for inspiring K-12 students to become the next generation of diverse physicians and scientists. Medical schools around the country submitted videos for this competition, and Dr. Kim’s video has been selected as one of three finalist!
