Hello FB buddies I have a request. Please read this. Blood donations are desperately needed. If you have never considered donating please give it a try. I agree that donating is not for everyone but with all the restrictions around donation they need every able arm they can get. I began donating when I was 36 years old. I had many trepidations about the process but after the first go I was actually ashamed I never did it before. The entire process, door to door, takes about an hour. The actual time donating varies between 5 and 15 minutes. The staff will ease you through it. You will be doing your part to save a life AND you can get rid of some of that old tired blood. Even if you dont donate blood, please share this post and add your words of encouragement. Thats how I got started...with the help of a friend. Thanks
