Hello, Farm Friends! Our own hickory smoked hams are ready! They are now available fresh (not frozen) in our Farm Store. They are $6 per pound, available whole (20 to 23 lbs.) or half (10 to 12 lbs). Feel free to call or email me to check on availability, and/or to reserve one or more. We will be open every day 10 am to 6 pm except Christmas Day. The hams were the first of our smoked meats to be ready, and our delicious pork smoked sausage is also now available. Coming soon: smoked pork chops, beef jerky and beef franks. Real hickory smoked right here in Ellijay, they will all be available throughout the year. Of course, like all of our products, they may be sold out from time to time.
