Hello Fellow Bulldogs. For those of you that did not attend the Clubs AGM, The Outgoing committee informed the members that changes to the Constitution have been Drafted and that it will be tabled for the new Committee to go about following up the legislation of these changes By special resolution adopted at a Special General Meeting in accordance with our club’s constitution. The New committee has not yet set a date for this Special General Meeting but we would like to put forward the Proposed Amendments to all of the Members, If you wish to review the Amendments which will be put forward to the required Vote at the Special General Meeting, Please Email the Club kelmscottbaseball@hotmail Please take this opportunity to review the Constitution and the Proposed changes, the committee would like to hear feedback from the members Prior to the Special General Meeting, so that any revisions or Amendments can be made before the coming votes. Remember A clubs constitution should: • Outline the clubs purpose; • list all of the rules of operation; and • set out the members rights and responsibilities. We have not made any amendments to our constitution since, 2006, these proposed changes have been drafted after reviewing our current Constitution and Discussing changes that best suit the clubs current Position and ongoing developments.
