Hello Friends, Jesse and I have got some big news. Grab your popcorn, and enjoy our top of the line video announcement! I know you were hoping for a beyonce quote, but we decided to take a more sophisticated approach to announce the ENGAGMENT! Like all big decisions, when Jesse asked me to marry him it evoked some nerves. Under our favourite tree in Banff, Jesse asked, Jayme, I love you, will you marry me? I stuttered out a shaky, uh, YUP!! That stutter changed our lives. I became so overwhelmed I hugged that favorite tree of ours for a few seconds until my heart rate stabilized. One of the things I love about Jesse is that he is never phased by any of my weird quirks (as my mom puts it). He told me its ok to be nervous, and hugged me until I melted into loved mush. Since then we have happily accepted the many hugs and congratulations from our friends and family. As a newly engaged couple we have really appreciated the encouraging and supportive words weve received. We will try to keep you up to date on the upcoming social worker/ nurse team, as well as the upcoming wedding (hint hint, last weekend of July, hint) Thanks for all the love guys, throwin lots of love back at ya.
