Hello Gayle as the Executive Director for the registered charitable non-profit Arts After School Kids Inc I am demanding you convey to your Board of Directors to remove our names from the website cease and desist from further use of any personal information pertaining to us. Your board Glen Marshall fired us after Brantford City Councillor Jan Vanderstelt resigned. In his state of confusion when I suggested a venue for AASK to gain awareness at what turned out to be a free BBQ in support of Community Resource Food Bank sponsored by Liberal MPP Dave Levac. This was retaliation for my spouse seeking transparency of the books and records that 98% of the Board Asked us to vote on before coming on Board in January 2013. Not withstanding the Board recently updated the website info since our termination and are misusing our names as being part of the Board. The Board violated our trust when they had us paid out of pocket for Police Record Checks without being reimbursed for the sole purpose of obtaining indepth private and personal information. Please be advised Glen stated there is a board meeting this week where he will ask the board to return these Police record Checks, we have been more than accommodating.failure to do so by Thursday I will bring legal action to remedy this situation.
