Hello Hurleys friends! This is the servant of the dog house again! First of all I would like to personally thank each of you for your generosity and the abundance of prayers bestowed upon the beloved Sydney. I cannot appreciate you enough for acting so quickly when the dog house requested for help. Sydney is home, but what happened to her yesterday remained a medical doggie mystery. Her blood tests came out normal, the dogtors do not know the cause of the black out or seizures without subjecting her to more tests. I have opted not to put her through more stress. This black out that occurred could happen again and only time will tell if it would be the last one that she will have because it would perhaps take her life. The vets do not want to put her on medication in hopes to stop it..as they do not know which part of the nervous system to attack.. It could be neurological. The last 24 hours has been incredibly taxing on me emotionally and physically. I have had to divide my time between human and dog hospital. However, seeing your messages of concern and prayers has been consoling. Although I am alone physically I was able to feel all of your presence. Thank you so much for being incredible fans and friends of Hurley and The Dog House...the pack journey would be more challenging had it not for wonderful friends like you.
