Hello I hope you can assist me. I was supplied the name of a reputable dealer in The Netherlands and made arrangements - with a deposit - so I could collect a dog from him. After receiving several very odd emails from him Sunday 27th July, the order was cancelled - and she is now unwilling to refund me. I later found out from other Dutch breeders that he has a reputation for this behavior however he is still allowed to trade as a reputable dealer.
