Hello. I need advice with a personal reading. 5 years ago I buy a medieval house to the local council. Since then, they are bullying me and making the renovation an extremely difficult process. We are having many problems mainly because they don´t apply the law for me. Today I am asking for a concrete question regarding a small procedure: to reclaim a money to my local city council or not to reclaim it. Today is the last day to make the reclamation according to the most restrictive regulation (apparently the deadline is not clear so to be 100% sure to reclaim it on time the last day is today). We were prones not to reclaim it hoping that if they don´t receive news from us, they won´t be bullying again. Well, we have known that they are planning a new attack, so the strategy of not reclaiming is apparently a nonsense, and we are going to need this money in the future apparently to go to court against them. My question is to reclaim the money today or not. Thanks a lot in advance. I really need your help. So the question I made is legal issues are going to be this way if today we reclaim the money: I take the devil reversed. And for legal issues are going to be this way if we don´t reclaim today the money I take the 5 of cups. So I guess the best decission is to reclaim it as otherwise I am going to regret it... do you agree?
