Hello, I send this message for have some details about cancelling rules of a flight ticket via your airline website. I live in New Caledonia and for a competitive exam, I will probably have to go in France in the end of June for pass the second part of this exam. Indeed, I will know only in the end of May if I have to go in France for the exams second part. But the problem is that I want to book my flight ticket before the end of May... for pay less, because flight tickets are really expensive here to go to France... ^^ So, I would like to know if in the case that Im not authorised to go to France for the second part of the exam, I will have a refund (full or partial) of my flight ticket. If necessary, I will send to you some evidences of this fact. Indeed, travel in France will be not useful for me if I fail in the first part of the competitive exam.
