Hello. I thought I would come here for some help with this situation. I wish I had a better picture. Inside this garage if you can see and zoom in maybe, is a little white dog. He is tied to what looks like to be a 5ft cable, The garage is very cluttered and dangerous for him to be in, He has been on that chain in that same place unmoved for at least 8 months. Also behind this dog is a Yorkie I believe in a what looks like a 1ft by 1ft (yes that is right) cage. It has barely room to turn around and is left in the garage with no access to water. I have sent letters to this address, and knocked on door, and they say they are just visiting and have no clue about the dogs. This house is an eyesore in our neighborhood, and rumour has it the children there at one time were being abused. Anyhow if someone wants to swing by there and check it out, it would be appreciated. These dogs are in a terrible and dangerous place in my opinion. The address is 1703 East 21st street. The house is obvious as it has the siding off of the east side. It should be against the law for people like this to have animals. Thanks.
