Hello, I would like to ask for your help. I live in East Liverpool , Ohio. We are on the edge of Appalachia and we are home to one of the WORLDS largest hazardous waste incinerators. Heritage Thermal/WTI. They are now wanting to expand by 25%. Our cancer rates are almost 2x the national average and we had the highest manganese level recorded in the U.S. We also have high raes of cognitive disorders. We cannot afford to have more pollution in our small city. If we can get enough comments they will hold a public hearing before issueing the permit. PLEASE HELP!!!! The EPA is accepting comments until 12/9. Comments do not need to be just from locals. Would you please post the link ?
