Hello Im new to working out.. I know sad right? But I want to get in shape. I am a beginner and I also have scoliosis. I carry most of my weight at the top of my body and mid section. I just feel very unhealthy and I want to change this but I really dont know where to start. I have read a lot but I get conflicting info. I have tried doing certain fitness tapes but I get fatigued so easily. After a workout I can barely stand up because I feel very weak. Also, I get horrible back pains and I strain my neck easily making things very hard. I really just want to get in shape and lose my belly. How can I transition into working out without injuring myself? Should I focus on my fatty areas of my body (my legs are naturally muscular and strong) first? Thanks in advance :)
