Hello, I’m trying to bring attention to the Dunkeswell Memorial - TopicsExpress

Hello, I’m trying to bring attention to the Dunkeswell Memorial Museum. dmm103105110.btck.co.uk https://facebook/groups/118653974973209 This is a museum dedicated to the naval aviators who were stationed in England to perform anti-submarine patrols. This being the only U.S. Naval installation on English soil during WWII. The most notable person stationed there was Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. Who was killed during Operation Aphrodite. David Sharland ([email protected] ) had started and maintains the museum. To honor all the men stationed at Dunkeswell. At the present David is in the process of trying to purchase the existing WWII administration building at Dunkeswell to house the museum. This would be a great opportunity to preserve these historic buildings. I feel the need to try and help in any way to keep the museum operational. And bring any recognition to this little know operation of WWII and to the brave naval aviators who were stationed as Dunkeswell. And any help in this mission would be so greatly appreciated. So thank you for letting me present this cause to you and for any assistance that might be provided. Please help also by signing our petitions thepetitionsite/takeaction/209/138/369/#sign Yours sincerely, David Foytlin
