Hello Ladies! Are you interested? KIND is organizing a 3-day training of trainers’ workshop to train facilitators for our young women leadership program (KUDRA). Through Kudra we equip girls and young women with livelihood skills, tools and information they need to participate at all levels of society. The aim of the training is to enable girls and young women see themselves at leaders by first of all taking responsibility for their lives. The training also provides them with skills on advocacy, financial management, emotional intelligence and information on reproductive health. The training also provides critical information on how to create and manage your own business. The training has been scheduled for July 25th – 27th, 2013 for women between the ages of 24 - 32 that you feel can partake and be trained.
