Hello Leaders! Senior reporter, Olivia Tallet of La Voz from the Houston Chronicle, is looking for a few Houstonians to be featured in a report on the Latino vote. It is very short notice but if you are able to participate tomorrow, here are the details of what she is looking for. Interviews can be in English and/or Spanish. Please inbox me or email me at nhpochair@gmail if you are interested in participating. She is asking to be at the Chronicle tomorrow at 3 pm. If you are not able to make it this time, she will be looking for participants in the future as well. I am working on a story about the Latino electorate and looking for Hispanic voters. Do you know of any that could speak with me on the phone and be willing to come to the Chronicle tomorrow for a photo in our studio. Please let me know ASAP. I am looking for two men and two women, with the most variety possible. For example, just so you have an idea on what we are looking for, a business owner, a woman in reproductive age, a traditional Mexican-American, a Millennial. My questions are going to be simple, about the person as a voter such as why they vote, or don’t vote. It is basically to offer different profiles of Latinos.
