Hello Loved ones! My name is Jessica in this construct but my medicine name and name in all other realms is Serpent Priestess. Recently within myself I felt a great pull to start sharing my experiences, journeys, dreams and I HONESTLY want to hear about others experiences as well. I KNOW at this point in “time” we are all blazing trails. There is no one ahead to give us validation nor do we need it. We must look to our left and right for the support that we might want as we all stand shoulder to shoulder ALL on slightly different paths. We stand together in this new territory each with something truly magnificent to offer! Imagine what it might look like if we ALL shared what we KNOW and offered to TEACH that to each other! The EMPOWERMENT behind that simple act would super charge ALL of us, compounding our growth in a profound way!! I had been FEELING this pull and started writing about it when Ciara Nicole Morris posted to the group asking for others to share about their healing work. This was a validation for me that it was indeed time to get this out of my head and on to paper. I know not where this will lead or what it will look like I just KNOW that I must do the next “right” FEELING thing. So what follows is a description of the channels I use within myself for healing. I was given Reiki ll about three years ago. The first year was really about anchoring and FEELING the energy. I worked on myself a lot and found my own way as I believe we ALL have. I have always felt a strong pull towards Animal medicine and shamanic ways. During this anchoring period for me I had the great privilege of learning the way of shamanic journeying. All that I have learned in this lifetime even the seemingly mundane and useless has proven vital to the “work” that I do now. There has been a big learning curve for me, learning to trust what I SEE and FEEL in these journeys. I’ve learned to let go of the DOUBT, the fear of what others might think and trust that was FELT was meant for the client. For me when a client makes first contact and requests a healing or an appointment whether local or distant the first thing I do is connect with their Higher self through a shamanic journey. My intention with the journey is to discovery what that person is seeking to heal. Often times this journey will make no sense to me (as far as imagery) but when the client hears it they resonate with it on a deep level and after the journey I KNOW what I need to do for them. Sometimes I am given a ceremony that I am asked to perform for them, other times I might be shown grids that need to be set in their aura or an animal guide might come in that asks for its medicine to be used. It truly is different for each client and evolves and changes as I do every day. I HOPE this sparks a conversation between us ALL that we can ALL learn from.
