I will bless those who bless you and I will curse those who curse you. And through you I will bless all the nations’ (Genesis 18:14/12:3). Global Peace GPLO is a specialized International Agency of Peacemaking or International Agency of Peacemakers. In other word, Global Peace GPLO is a Family of International Peacemakers. Global Peace GPLO may work together with the UN as one of specialized families or agencies of International Peacemakers of the UN if God is willing. FOUNDATION The Rev.Dr.John Rangba Mara was called by the Lord Almighty God while he was a young boy of 7.Global Peace GPLO was revealed to him with the vision of ‘Global Peace; Global Love: Global Oneness of the mankind in Christ Jesus in short ‘Global Peace GPLO or GPLO’ on November 20,1980 which was confirmed with the blessing of 7 Pioneers Christian Foundation (7PCF) of Takmoilung Baptist Church, Manipur on December 20,1980 where the Rev Dr John Rangba Mara was dedicated to the Lord as Founding President of the same. And GPLO was celebrated wiyh a grand feast of ‘LOVE’ on February 20,1981 at Bungnamei village of ‘MARA-NAMDI’ in Co-Operation with Tai Mara Association International (TMAI),Manipur under thye initiative of the voluntary Evangelist Mr Tai Shang Mara through thr sponsorship of the Two Chiefs of Tai Mara Naga namely Mr Rapongrei, Chief of Bungnamei village and Mr.Tai Ngukeng Mara,Chief of Takmoilung village,Manipur. THE PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION OF GPLO We, the people of the world of the Brown, the Black and the White of same mankind, the children of the Living God of GLOBAL PEACE GPLO shall live together in peace with LOVE.ONENESS, JUSTICE, GOOD MORALITY DEVELOPMENT to maintain International Peace and Security without discrimination on the ground of colors, races, creeds, languages, status, and nations. Rather, we shall encourage and educate everyone to learn from one another as ‘Iron sharpens Iron’, to help, to care, to love, to protect, and to know the truth and accept the truth such as : 1. There is ONLY one true God, and we shall educate one another openly to the true God in peaceful manner and way as education etc. and to worship HIM alone; 2. We all mankind are the creation of God; 3. We all are equal before God and before His Laws; 4. We shall respect and honor one another, and one’s rights and one’s property and any dispute, crime and problem must be solved in peaceful manner with the 66 books of God besides, the Courts of GPLO; 5. We shall avoid and control all kinds of evil and immorality together like killing, hatred, deceiving, jealousy, slander, lying, robbery, cheating, discrimination, division, stealing, corruption, war, and all harmful things. 6. We shall NOT destroy the world and anything on the Earth; and control all Arms together to maintain and promote Global Peace and Save the World as our mottoes.; 7. We shall maintain good morality of a life as the BEST education in this civilized generations; we shall acknowledge the living God that HE rules all the world where we shall not encourage any one man or one nation or any a group countries alliance to control the whole world as a ‘DICTATOR’ in fear of God. QUALIFICATION TO BECOME A MEMBER (i) He/She must be a lover of peace and sober minded without age bar. (ii) He/She must bear good morality. (iii) He/She must feel and have a mind of oneness of the mankind and treat everyone equally. GLOBAL PEACE GPLO LAW GPLO is working for Peace and Security The most important goals of the Global Peace GPLO include achieving ‘Global Peace, Justice, Development and Security with the mottoes: ’PEACE ON EARTH’ and ‘Save the World. ‘The GPLO has strong desired to help end the conflicts, the cold world, invasive war, religious conflict/war, terrorist activities, and prevent the third world war in this civilized generations through Prayers, Research, Counseling, Discussion, Seminar, Conference etc. with the Gospel of Peace, Love and Oneness of the mankind in Christ Jesus and Peace Agreement with Love. The GPLO may organize ‘Global Peace Police (GPP) and Global Christian Police (GCP) send them to help to stop fighting in general and Christian Areas in particular in co-operation with other specialized International agencies all over the world. It may help warring group find way to prevent the fighting from starting again. The GPLO may also try to restore Order to a country, state, or community at civil war. In some cases, GPLO may help peoples gain ‘SELF DERMINATION’ or Independence from the colonial rule.The GPLO may invite/use World Peacekeeping Forces/Military Force from the UN to assist the Global Peace Police (GPP) and Global Christian Police (GCP) if required or demanded according to the situation prevails and if necessary to pressure or region the Independence of a country that has been attacked by other. In addition, the GPLO has sought to achieve World Peace and Security by sponsoring ‘ARMS’ control agreements and Treaties on the Peaceful use of outer space and the seabed. GPLO LAW GPLO law is the body of rule and general principles that the members and member nations are expected to observe in their relationship with one another.The GPLO has three main sources/foundations of law making of GPLO: 1. The 66 books of God are sources of unique inspiration of God and are the final authority in all matters and conduct; 2. The Customary laws of locality which does not go against the 66 books of God is honored and respected as laws of GPLO; 3. All laws are prepared,discussed and made by the ‘House of Servants’ in the ‘Global Peace Assembly and they shall be approved by the House of God and they are declared them as LAW of GPLO by the President of GPLO. GPLO shall respect and honor all the laws which are being practiced which does not go against the 66 books of God.Otherwise,GPLOdoes not any of them as law of GPLO.The rules of Global Peace GPLO Law are generally divided into three categories/bodies namely Laws of Peace, Laws of War and Laws of Neutrality. THE LAWS OF PEACE The laws of Peace of GPLO define the rights and duties of a person, citizen, family, society, and nations at peace with one another. Each citizen, human, family, society and country has a right to ‘Existence, legal equally, jurisdiction over its territory, ownership of property and peaceful relationship with other community, society and countries without discrimination on the ground of colors, races, creeds, languages, status, and nations. Many of the laws of peace deal with recognizing citizens, family, society, community and countries as member of the family of nations of Global Peace GPLO and recognizing new governments in old nations. THE LAWS OF WAR Any violent, terrorist activist, war is strictly forbidden at any cause, anywhere, any place all over the world. War is still recognized under traditional International law. Even then, no one man or one society or one nation or a group of alliance nations can not declare war or invade other land unless it is approved by International laws provided the provision of war or reasonable conditions of the laws of war are fulfilled. Invasion or Invasive war on the weaker society or country is strictly forbidden. War can be declared if the Two parties failed to bring negotiable solution before the table provided they agreed and fulfilled the International law of war in black and white. No innocent man and woman is raped, tortured, harassed, killed and their property and economy are safely protected. No God’s servants and prophets are harmed and touched. Surrendering soldiers shall not be killed, tortured and harassed and must be treated as prisoner of war or release on the ground of humanity. Undefended villages, towns and cities shall be protected safe as the law of war provides definite restriction on method of warfare. THE LAWS NEUTRALITY The Global Peace GPLO law and International law, belligerents are strictly forbidden to move troops across neutral territory and use them as their helpers or shields. Neutral waters and ports must not be used for naval operations. Belligerent warship entering neutral ports must be forbidden. GPLO 7 special Agencies and 7 special Legs. GPLO 7 special agencies: 1. ASSEMBLY The Global Peace GPLO shall have general assembly known as ‘Global Peace Assembly’(GPA) where all the ministers of God of GPLO are persented from national and International. PRESIDENT Persident is appointed by the House of God,and by the ‘Will of God.’ HIS FUNCTIONS 1. He shall adress the Global Peace Assembly(GPA). 2. He shall presnt all agenda,plan and policy,bill,budget,etc. To the Global Peace Assembly through the ‘Council of Cabinet Ministers of God of GPLO.And he shall declared all the ALWS which are approved by the House of God as th LAWS of GPLO. 3.
