Hello Reese Family members. Mindy and I were thinking the 4th of July weekend 2015. Also because we dont have a firm count on how many will potentially be attending, it makes it difficult for me to find housing for all of us in one place. Currently I have been looking for a place for 40 people. Once I know how many will be making the trip, I can then find (hopefully) a place that will accommodate us all. So please be sure to let us know if you will be attending. The event will take place with a check-in on July 2nd and check-out on July 5th, which is Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please plan accordingly. If you wish to stay longer or come earlier, be sure to make reservations for your extended stay. Obviously there will be a cost associated with the dates of the reunion and it will be calculated on a per person basis times 3 nights (Thurs, Fri and Sat). My challenge is to find a place with 2 main floor bedrooms for the Grandmother and Grandfather as well as for Carol & Norm. It also needs to be close enough for the G & G to get to as they dont travel as well as they use to. Please be patient with me on my search and if anyone out there has some good ideas, please be sure to share on this feed. If you have additional questions, dont hesitate to contact me.
