Hello! To my local (In this Kingdom) SCA friends with children and child-like minds - I am planning to have a Princess Activity Time at events during my Heirship, in the 20-30 minutes immediately preceding Court. This will not be a formal class, but a time when the children (both literally and in spirit) can come sit with the Princess in the front of the hall and hear some stories, sing some songs, learn some dances, and ask some questions about all this stuff that their parents are doing all day. I need suggestions of picture books on period themes. I need help building some game pieces. I need over-actors, bards, heralds, and outgoing participants to help the children fell comfortable getting down with their bad selves. I need alternate readers in case I run out of voice.
