Hello all, I was just advised by my daughter that a teenage boy at her school had committed suicide. First and foremost I would like to send my prayers to the family that is going through this heartache. I also would like to remind everyone to please connect with your teenager who are going through such a complicated stage in life. We are were all teenagers once, some of us survived being bullied, some of us survived the drama of she said he said, and some of us who were the popular and bully realize what a horrible thing we did as a kid growing up. Please connect with your children and see what is bothering them and help them. Talk to them, communicate with them and seek help if they need it and importantly hold them close and tell them how much you love them and just want the best for them. I hope I did not offend anyone. I just felt like I needed to reach out to others of how horrible this situation is and that there is something that can be done to prevent this and its communicating and connecting with your love ones.
