Hello beautifuls !!!!😉😄 Soooo Im about to rant!!! Who out there thinks its an amazing thing to have someone shadow you in a class? Ive had many people shadow in my classes and have followed through to become great instructors😊. . Ok so now have you simply said come join me on stage? OR.... asked for Cert III, CPR and other Quals including insurance and THEN said its ok to shadow even though they are ZIN?.. weather a new ZIN or not I dont think its necessary to ask for all these documents UNLESS you are working or have potential work with the establishment. . I have never and have never heard of people needing Quals to shadow a fellow ZIN. If a Zin walks into my class I simply say come rock with me.. as I would my students.. If any Zins in the western suburbs are willing to help out a fellow Zin and looking for a shadow or know of a job opening for my girl Marcela Donato please Holla! !!.. The girl is awesome!! You can come shadow me and do tracks whenever you like babe!!.. lets share the floor!! Rant done. S.😉🙊
