Hello, does anyone have any experience with the warm homes discount with British Gas in England? Just applied online and waiting for them to get back to me. I get DLA (live in England but over here for a course so get my DLA from Northern Ireland where Im from), tax credits and just miss out on the low income bracket that British Gas have as a criteria (it counts as income before tax deductions, I get paid £16.4k a year and they class low income as £16.1k or below). Knowing what to expect from them would be handy. Thanks in advance for any advice.
