Hello everybody :D Ginga no Ponto Number 1 is over.. and we are back to full speed now :D It was quite an intense weekend for everybody involved… maybe you can imagine…. But now we would like to take the chance to shout a big THANK YOU to all of you who made this weekend so special! Firstly of course to Dasmara the Semba cat, who taught us incredibly much and along the way conquered the hearts of all Belgian students and to our record DJ Sabura Filipe Malta who exceeded our expectations, a 5 star DJ when it comes to technical mixing and excellent selection but also a hilarious entertainer behind the turntables. Thanks to adorable Maria & Arnold who made even the biggest sceptics love your respectful and funny way of interpreting Tarraxinha, who were there with smiles, with a very dangerous pro camera and with a most appreciated souvenir from Germany: tudo-socks!! Juppih :) Thanks to Yann and Louic who made the long trip from Clermont Ferrand to bring you their idea of sensitivity to enrich your kizomba. We would love to thank the immense help of Lena who was there all the time to provide solutions whenever a challenge appeared, you girl are a life-saver! Another big up to adorable Cristian for being there during the workshops and the Saturday party with his lense to make the happy moments immortal. We would love to thank all the beautiful people who came to join and support us from near and far: Na Passada, Paulien and DJ Dj-Makarof from the Netherlands, Aimé from Luxemburg, Katty, Céline and Kizomb Everytime from Paris, Frans, Jennifer, Stephane, Teddy, Nidia from Kizombalove, Claudia and Elly from Germany, even dancers from Egypt, Carlos and Eduardo Datcha from Vox Africa Thanks to all who made this event possible in terms of logistics, venue, design,…. Pascal, Graça, Grégory, Sandrine. and of course all the helpers and our own crew, you are our pillars :* Kevin, Joana, Ajmal, Liliana, Djoy, Gretel... And we do not forget all those who could not be there for various reasons but who supported us in their hearts. Leslie (get well soon), Gretha & Jos (congrats for becoming grandparents!), Lemos & Dança Angolano Vivaldo Saskia, Kizomba MaNi, Michael, Walter, Kizombada Nul Dertien Kizombadaa, Docteur Sponky, Dj Dj-Dany, Quieres Bailar, Stijn, Ivan… It was a great weekend that we will remember for a while :) .. and if you like: save the date… 16-18 May we will put it up again, Ginga no Ponto II is on its way!!
