Hello everyone. A little update about my beautiful Mum, who is currently recovering in hospital after invasive surgery to reshape her left stump and remove three neuromas. Neuromas are described as a disorganised growth of nerve cells and theyre common after amputations in the hands and arms. Theyre extremely painful and have made it difficult for Mum to wear and use her prosthetic. Shes recovering well and will hopefully be discharged on Friday. Mum is incredibly grateful for everyones support and wanted me to thank you all for your kind thoughts and generous prayers. Take care. Veda x
