Hello everyone! As some of you may have guessed from the title of this group, Im going to Malawi, Africa this summer! This will be my third trip with ORU Missions and Im beyond humbled to have the chance to be the Assistant Team Leader for a team of 15 total ORU Students. We will be spending a month in the areas of Lilongwe (the capital) and Blantyre running after-school programs and tutoring for children in multiple schools and orphanages, as well as helping out with any construction, cleaning, harvesting, etc. that needs to be done. Our goal is to be a blessing to the people of Malawi, primarily the children, and to share the love of Jesus Christ through both our words and our actions. This trip, as I will be traveling halfway across the world, is not going to be easy and certainly will not come cheap. My total remaining cost for the trip is $3,400, half of which I need by February 12th. I want to ask you to partner with me once again. Its never an easy thing asking for help, especially when it involves money, but I believe that the children of Malawi are worth it. And trust me, every penny counts.
