This is a luxury condo very close to the city center (CBD, Chijmes, bugis, Arab Street, mustafa etc....) with very good amenities (big swimming pool, Gym, Supermarket, steam bath, function room, MRT, Taxi etc...). Theres a Wendys, a 24/7 Kopitiam, Fair Price and plenty of local food options in both the MRT station, the local HDBs and - after a 5 minute walk - the famous Lavender Food Court with its BBQ stingray and frog porridge.
