Hello everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. Today was by far my favorite on this trip. We went to sea world! We saw some baby dolphins, Lena was so happy watching them swim by her. They we super cute and very playful. We went to the kiddy zone called happy harbor after and all played in the water, Lena really liked that and so did Eli. While Lena drank her bottle Arthur and I took turns taking Eli on the rides. We went on this one that was really cool and went up and down and spun around in circles, then Eli took me on this balloon spin ride that almost made me sick he spun it so much. After that I went on my first ever roller coaster ride! It was a kids version but Im gonna take it as an accomplishment anyway since Im such a fraidy cat with anything fast or high off the ground. We went and watched the killer whale show which we all loved. They jumped out of the water and splashed the audience, Lena was clapping and smiling the whole time and Aubri was completely mesmerized by it. After that we went and fed some sting rays and sharks then we went over and saw polar bears, whales, and sea lions. They had this really cool ice wall in it that Lena liked touching. After that we went to the shark encounter where we walked through tunnels with sharks and other aquatics swimming all around us. By that point sweet Lena was completely worn out and not wanting to be out in the heat anymore so daddy took her and Aubri to the car to eat and cool off while Eli went on a penguin ride and the exhibit. Penguins are my favorite animals so it was awesome! Really cold in there and even colder with us being soaking wet. There were so many in there, it was great! We went over to this tower that took us up more than 300 feet after, Eli loved it. I was quite scared but braved it out for him. We stopped off and seen the sea turtles after then went to meet up with daddy and the girls. From there we drove to a restaurant to meet an incredible family who has a little girl with mowat-Wilson syndrome just like Lena! Her name is Becca and she is just a little older than Lena is. They also have a little boy named Richard that is a little older than Eli. Ive known the family through Fb for a few years now and I adore their momma, her name is Jessica. She is so sweet and is always there if I need advice. I cant put into words how amazing it was for not only me but also Arthur. Becca is so sweet and so so smart. Her and Lena have so much in common and when we were loading up to leave, they even hugged each other. They both leaned into each others shoulders which made me giggle because Lena always does that to try and bite but neither did then. It was like they knew what each other was thinking and they interacted with each other so well. I got to hold Beccas hand and she helped me push Lena in her wheelchair. Jessica showed me this awesome baby wearer and as soon as she put Becca in it, Becca put her head down to cuddle her mommy, it was very cool to see just how love able she is. I had an awesome conversation with them about all sorts of things. It is astonishing being able to talk with someone face to face who truly understands what our life is like. The constant battles to give our babies all they need and the obstinate they overcome. I could sit here and go on and on about it. I will never forget our time together tonight and I pray we get to go to the conference at the end of the month so we can see them again along with Dr. Mowat, Dr. Wilson and other MWS families. I found out the other day that someone paid for our $50 fee to attend the conference. I just wish I knew who it was so I could thank them. Once we left there we headed over to the medieval restaurant for dinner. That place was beautiful! It was a castle with everything set up to look exactly like it would have back then. We had great seats at the end of the field. We all got hats and got to take the elevator to our floor. They served lots of food without silverware which the kids loved. We watched them ride their horses, do different games, and joust while eating great food. We finally got home a couple hours ago and the kids were sleeping right after we came home. Tonight we are cleaning the villa and packing everything up for our trip home. We will be leaving in the morning. Eli said he doesnt want to leave and Im really gonna miss this honestly. This has been amazing and I swear it has flown by. We got so much done being here and made so many memories. We will never forget this and I will treasure it the rest of my life. We needed this more than I ever knew. Ive never been on a vacation before and I will be happy if this is our only one. I dont think anything could too this. I hurt, Im sunburnt, Im completely worn down, but Ive never been happier than I am right now. Im so thankful Lena hasnt had a seizure since weve been here, I know she is happy too. I must admit Im looking forward to getting home. Ive grown to be a routine type of person since having Lena and my OCD is really wanting that routine back. Im gonna be posting lots of pictures and videos in a minute and I hope you like them. I will keep you updated on our drive home and please continue to pray Lena stays seizure free. Gotta get some sleep before we head back. This momma is pooped! God bless Love, The Price Family
