Hello everyone!!! So if you know me, then you probably know about the Mark Conference because Ive been working on it since last May! But if you dont know about the conference, then lemme tell you about it ;) The Mark Conference is a full day experience (March 1st, 10AM to 6PM) where we will have all different types of speakers (over 20 of them!!!) from all over the world to tell their stories. We will have Laverne Cox, Frank Warren (creator of PostSecret), and a number of other incredibly inspiring speakers. There will be meet & greets, breakout sessions, food, and energizers! (Hint, hint: balloons. lots of balloons). Ive been working on this conference for the entire school year and some change, so I can guarantee that this conference will be different from your typical conference. It is going to be AMAZING so I am inviting you all to take a look at the website and buy a ticket! It would honestly mean the world to me because Speak Out women are my favorite women, and I would love to see some of you there to not only support the Mark Conference, but also to support me. Not to mention that Fullamusu, founder and co-editor of Speak Out, will be one of the student speakers at the Conference, AND Christina is on the planning team (specifically under my team)!!! So, its a huge day for some of the members of Speak Out, and we would be so glad to see some of you there :)
