Hello everyone, our next cafe event will be held on Friday night the 4th October. The food will be a fusion of North African and Middle Eastern Cuisines. A Delicious entree of shared Mezze ie dips, falafel, small spinach pies, ladies fingers...yummy bits and pieces to excite the palate. Main course will be Lamb prepared two ways including a Lamb Tagine with prunes, saffron and cinnamon and also a Lamb Shoulder slow roasted after being slathered with Middle Eastern spices....cumin, fennel, cinnamon, turmeric, coriander....makes my mouth water just thinking of it. This will be served with plates of scrumptious warm salads....and cous cous. Dessert will be either a creme caramel or brulee flavored with saffron, orange and a light taste of orange blossom and ice cream. Mint tea / Coffee + BYO It will be a fun night of shared food and laughter.
