Hello fellow series 1ers Im putting together a tour for next year and want some thought on my format. I work at spanish4x4 in Catalunya and Im planning to meet anyone interested at bilbao port with the defender and recovery trailer with tools and spares etc then escort to our mountainside basecamp for one of our tag along tour holidays and at the end I will escort the group back to port. We have full repair facilities at basecamp including everything from punctures to welding. If anyone has any ideas to make it any more comprehensive Im all ears. What obstacles would stop you from taking an older Landrover on tour ? Oh yes once we arrive at basecamp I plan to use my series one on the routes.
