Hello friends, I hope everyone is having a wonderfully blessed day:))I got to go see the new Searcy County Humane Society on Hwy 65 not too far from my home.The land and building were donated and its still a work in progress,but coming along nicely!Im proud of the mobile neuter and spay unit in our area.We try so hard to educate people on the importance of neutering and spaying,and offer low-cost programs. Went and ate Mexican food with some friends,and brought some back for PJ.He had a good visit with a neighbor,and likes a breakonce in a while!LOL! I stopped at Lewis Grocery in Leslie to get a few items,and saw something that makes me livid!!A woman carrying a small baby,and two young girls about 2 and 4 maybe,tagging along.She probably gained some weight having children, and maybe didnt have time to really fix up.Bless her heart,she looked tired and worn out! I noticed a man walking with her(they were on the aisle where I was)then when 2 teenage girls who were scantily cladto say the least,with tons of makeup walked by-this guy did a double-take and started following them!!I guess they thought it was funny because they were looking back and giggling!!I noticed the wedding rings on this couple.The woman was busy holding the little one and looking for things so she was oblivious to what was going on!She turned around and said,Trent,will...she was going to ask him to get some some things off the top shelf.I said,he went outside can I get it?She just kept thanking me,and I said,God bless you sweetie,have a nice day, She said,I really needed that.And I saw a smile on her pretty,but tired face! Well needless to say ,Trentwas looking the girls up and down and laughing with them when I went out.I thought how sad it was to have a wife and children and take his vows so lightly !!Really,I wanted to tell him,wake up buddy!! As I drove off I thought to myself,wonder what those 2 will look like after having children,and not feel like putting makeup on because they have morning sickness or are too busy with other children,and gain some weight?And have THEIR husband lusting after other young ladies who arent REAL yet!!Remember the story of The.Velveteen Rabbit? Father Time does a number on all of us,and we tend to reap what we sow as time goes by!I thank God that I learned some valuable lessons through the years......and I said a prayer for the 2 girls,Trent and his family!! I drove the back roads home and took a few pictures-counting my many blessings and being thankful for many things in my life:)) Have a blessed evening,and lets keep Israel,and the sick and lost in our prayers.
