Hello friends an family, Roberta an I have questions regarding a dilemma we have run into concerning out residence we are currently looking at different place to live after our current place is unable to keep us here due to a raise in our income, we have 3 choices an each are about the same after expenses have been added up with a few hundred dollar differences, our first choice we came acrossed was apt. on the green complex an after every thing was added up our living expense there its about 1018.00 a month with few amenities, second was lionsgate apartments thats after normal expenses it would be 1127.00 a month but includes 2 fitness centers in which one includes fitness trainers an classes for free to residences as well as they pay water, sewer, trash, cable and internet as well as the pet rent is 25 dollars less ten the first complex, an last is a duplex for 1170.00 a month no amenities an is a bit older in age, we would like to hear your opinions on it as well as ideas please.
