Hello futsal lovers, This weeks session will be at the the edge, from 8:30 to 9:30 (social) and 9:30 to 10:30 (upon invitation). As many of you have noticed, we have a futsal coach giving us training on the second hour. Therefore we expect the players to be committed and show up every week. For the second hour, this week, we will be calling people from the first hour to train, so do not just turn up to the second hour or assume that you are meant to be there. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE THERE IN THE FIRST HOUR (THIS WEEK ONLY, UNTIL WE SET TEAMER UP). Although this is only our first year playing in BUCS, it does not mean that we are not expected to do well, considering how big our university is and the quality of players we have. Having said that, we expect futsal to be taken seriously and the players to be transparent with the coach and people running futsal. We will also be inviting players to Teamer (online website) to track attendance and use it as a tool to invite players to games and training. The Leeds Futsal Arena have also offered us a place in a local futsal league starting next Tuesday. If there is enough interest we will join and apply what we learn on Friday in a proper game situation. The team is searching for talented committed goal keepers to play for the team. If you think you are good enough or know anyone interested please bring them along on Friday or put yourself forward. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE THIS FRIDAY AND HAVE ALREADY TRAINED WITH THE TEAM PLEASE SEND A PRIVATE MESSAGE SO THAT WE KNOW YOU WONT BE COMING.
